The Challenge: Turning an Acquisition Into a Cohesive, High-End Brand
Elevate Outdoor acquired an established St. Louis pool company to bring pool-building capabilities in-house, furthering its mission of delivering exceptional outdoor spaces where clients can make extraordinary memories.
Even though the company they acquired was well-known in the local market, its existing website and brand did not reflect the high-end quality that people expect from Elevate Outdoor and its brands. The digital experience lacked alignment with Elevate Outdoor’s premium positioning, and project photography, a key decision driver in luxury pool installations, was underleveraged.

The Strategic Pivot to Elevate Pools
What began as a website redesign for the acquired pool business evolved into a full brand transition to Elevate Pools, bringing the division cohesively under the Elevate umbrella and aligning its visuals, positioning, and perception with the premium standard Elevate Outdoor was known for.
The new brand needed to:
And it needed to be done with a focused, disciplined budget.
Strategy & Execution
1. Establishing a Scalable Premium Brand System
We developed a new logo and visual identity aligned with Elevate Outdoor’s established shield motif, ensuring cohesion across the parent brand. The system was intentionally designed to scale — supporting potential future acquisitions under the same framework.
Impact: Immediate brand alignment and increased perceived credibility.

2. Rebuilding the Project Showcase Experience
For a luxury pool company, photography is proof. The previous site underleveraged project imagery and lacked structural depth. We rebuilt the project experience to:
A tagging system connected features (e.g., pool bubblers, outdoor kitchens) to real project examples, strengthening both user navigation and SEO structure.

Structured project content improved engagement, navigation, and search authority.
Following launch, average engagement time on these pages increased by 43%, and engagement rate improved by 17%, indicating that visitors who reached project pages were spending more time interacting with content and exploring the site more intentionally.
3. Structuring for SEO, AEO & Long-Term Visibility
A redesign, and especially a domain change, introduces SEO risk.
Search engines build authority over time based on domain history, indexed content, backlinks, and site structure. When a domain changes, that accumulated authority doesn’t automatically transfer, and rankings can decline if the transition isn’t managed strategically.
We approached the transition intentionally:
The site was built with SEO and AEO in mind from day one — including structured internal linking, feature-level page architecture, and schema markup to support search visibility. In parallel, ongoing content marketing efforts and regular publishing reinforced topical authority and accelerated search engine trust.

The new domain grew from zero authority to 401 ranking keywords within eight months — surpassing the previous site’s peak.
This rapid keyword recovery demonstrates the effectiveness of the site’s intentional architecture and ongoing content strategy.
4. Expanding Conversion Pathways & Lead Volume
The previous website offered one primary conversion path: “Request a Quote.”
As part of the new site launch, we introduced a downloadable St. Louis Pool Design Guide, creating a secondary, lower-friction conversion pathway. This allowed the site to capture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) — homeowners who were actively researching but not yet ready to request a quote.
For a high-investment, complex purchase like a custom pool, decision cycles are extended. Not every visitor is ready to request a quote immediately. Capturing MQLs allows Elevate to nurture prospects through:
This keeps Elevate top-of-mind during the research phase and increases the likelihood that early-stage interest converts into SQLs over time.
By expanding both visibility and conversion pathways, the website evolved from a single-step lead capture tool into a structured, full-funnel pipeline asset.
The Results
Elevate Pools now operates with a cohesive, premium digital presence aligned with Elevate Outdoor’s long-term strategy.
More importantly, the digital foundation is built to perform.
Measured & Observed Outcomes:
The Bottom Line
Growth isn’t just about expanding services. It’s about elevating how those services are positioned, experienced, and discovered.
By aligning brand architecture, structured UX, SEO strategy, and conversion design, Elevate Pools transformed from an acquired entity into a scalable, performance-ready extension of the Elevate Outdoor brand.
