We took hundreds of plastic materials and organized them according to specifications in an electronic database for this plastics fabricator and distributor, which allowed us to build an online material selection tool that gives website visitors the ability to select the range of products that fits the criteria of their project. This tool not only provided convenience for customers, but also generated lead flow for the sales team and automated many of the questions they would normally have to ask over the phone. The material selection tool saves time, drives sales, and provides a valuable resource for the company and its customers.
